Purchasing Process
To purchase our software products, please contact our sales team at sales@pscad.com to request a quotation. Be sure to include your full legal entity name and address in your request. Once you receive a quotation, the following purchase process will apply:
New Customers:
- Pre-payment is required for the first time purchases. Please issue payment using one of the methods listed on the quotation (wire transfer, credit card or cheque), and reference the quotation number found in the top right-hand corner of the first page. Please advise via email which items you are purchasing and provide the email address for the workgroup administrator who will manage the licensing. Once payment is received, we will set up the licensing for the specified workgroup administrator and send the licensing details via email. If you are unable to issue payment based on the quotation, please let us know and we can issue a proforma invoice.
Existing Customers:
- Please send your purchase order to sales@pscad.com, ensuring it clearly states the items being purchased, whether the licensing will be added to an existing workgroup or a new one. If new, please provide the email address of the designated workgroup administrator. Once your order is processed, we will set up the licensing accordingly and email the order confirmation. If your purchase order references additional terms and conditions, please remove them or confirm via email that our quotation terms supersede any on the purchase order.
