Offboarding a Member of a Licensed WorkGroup

When a member of your workgroup will leave your organization, that member's access to your licensed workgroup should be removed. Otherwise, the member would still be able to check out your licenses and download software.

Here are some steps for offboarding a workgroup member from your licensed workgroup:

a. The member should be directed to release any licenses from his/her machine as per this article.

b. The Administrator would check MyCentre to confirm that no licenses are checked out to the member.

c. The Administrator would remove the member from the workgroup.
