Is PSCAD V5 Backward Compatible with Earlier PSCAD Projects?
Yes, PSCAD V5 should be able to run projects created in v4.6.x with little to no changes in most cases. The results should also match unless they include components that were updated. In that case there may be small differences, but the V5 results will be more accurate.
