If you have forgotten your MyCentre Password
If you have forgotten your password, it may be reset as follows:
- In MyCentre, select "Reset":
 - Select Reset.png)
- Enter your registered email address (preferred) or username, then select "Reset":
 - Reset - Enter Username or Email.png)
- If the information entered is valid, a reset link with further instructions will be emailed to you.
Note
If you have not received an email with a temporary password within a few minutes, refer to possible solutions.
