Requesting Support v4.5.0 and later

This article provides instructions for requesting support (software/engineering) from our Support Desk.


  • To request support using the request feature in the PSCAD application, refer to the attached video and manual "Requesting Support" for instructions.
  • To request support via e-mail, send in your question to Ensure that you attach any relevant files.

A valid PSCAD version and license number are required in order to obtain support. Please ensure that you include this information when submitting your request. If you are unsure of this information, refer to the attached manual "Determining your PSCAD Version and License Number".
