Silently Set Local or Network License for PSCAD
For lock-based licensing, the license host (locally on PSCAD machine or network on a server) is normally set within the PSCAD application, as shown:
- For PSCAD v5.0:
- For PSCAD v4.6.3:
To set this silently, this may be done in the Registry Editor:
Enter the host location, followed by a space, followed by 2053.
- If the license is hosted on the PSCAD client machine, then enter localhost 2053. For example:
