Instantiating Curves Between Graphs
Copying and Pasting Canvas Components
Drag and drop may be used in various areas around the Enerplot work environment.
Book (*.epbx) or workspace (*.epwx) files may be dragged and dropped into the workspace pane directly from Windows File Explorer. Select the file in File Explorer, left-click and hold, and then drag the file over the Enerplot workspace pane to open.
Records may be dragged and dropped into a Graph, FFT Graph Frame or XY Plot directly. Select the record from within any dataset in the workspace Data branch, press Ctrl + left-click and hold, and then drag the record over a graph in the Canvas pane and release the mouse to create a curve.
Curves may be instantiated (i.e. copied and pasted) between graphs using drag and drop. Press Ctrl + Left-click and hold over top an existing curve in a graph, then drag the curve over another graph in the Canvas pane and release the mouse to create a curve.
To move a curve (i.e. cut and paste), let-click and hold (without Ctrl) over top an existing curve in a graph.
Any of the available component objects that are available for placement in the Canvas pane, may be copied and pasted via drag and drop. Left-click and hold over top of any component. Drag the mouse to an empty part of the canvas and release the mouse to paste a new instance.
