The books section contains a variety of user preference settings.
Save books every: Enerplot will save all books loaded in the workspace at the intervals specified here.
Preload All Data: Enerplot provides two ways to load a data source file. They are normal-load and quick-load:
Yes (Normal-load): All records and their associated data from the specified file will be loaded into the workspace. After the data file(s) has/have been loaded, the icon of the record branches should show the data-available status. All records with associated data can be saved when exporting to a different file.
No (Quick-load): All records will be loaded without their associated data from the specified file into the workspace. After the data file(s) has/have been loaded, the icon of the record branches should show the data-unavailable status. Only the activated records and data can be saved when exporting to a different file.
Update All Data: When any loaded data file(s) has/have been modified outside the application, Enerplot will respond to the changes according to the following options:
No action: Enerplot will ignore the changes.
Update only: Enerplot will update the modified data file(s) and apply to the curves.
Save and update: Enerplot will save the current data to a user specified folder and then update the modified data file(s) and apply to the curves.
