Manual Data Entry

The Manual Data Entry component provides an alternative to using Transmission Line Towers or Cable Cross-Sections to define the transmission system. Here the user may enter transmission data in one of a number of formats as described below:

0 Sequence Data Representation?	Choice		Select Enter 0 Sequence Data, Estimate 0 Sequence Data or Same as Positive Sequence. This input is disabled if Data Entry Method \| YZ (mho,ohm) is selected.

YZ Input File Name	Text	Name of the input file containing the data to be read (ex. input.txt)

Path to the File Given As:	Choice	Select relative path or absolute path. Click on relative path if you are giving the File Name relative to the current working directory. Use absolute path if you are giving the File Name as an absolute path (ex. C:\MyWork\input.txt).

Y,Z Data Given In:	Choice	Select Per metre or Total. If Per Metre is selected, then it is assumed that the data is given per length, and will be multiplied by the line length.

YZ Input File Name	Text	Name of the input file containing the data to be read (ex. input.txt)

Path to the File Given As:	Choice	Select relative path or absolute path. Click on relative path if you are giving the File Name relative to the current working directory. Use absolute path if you are giving the File Name as an absolute path (ex. C:\MyWork\input.txt).
