This component outputs a special type of information signal, which provides the node number information to the component it is being used with. For example, the diagram below illustrates hoe the Node Loop is used for input to the Three-Phase RMS Voltmeter:
The Node loop can either be placed over a regular or a Single Line three phase bus. Either end can be attached to the input of a component expecting this type of input. The Node Loop is used exclusively to input to the following PSCAD components:
