Voltage meters are used to create a signal, which represents the potential difference (in kV) between two nodes in a circuit drawing. This signal is assigned a name by the user. To access the signal, the user must use the name as a Data Label on a Wire or on the input connection of control component as shown below:
A special voltmeter call 'Voltmeter (Line to Ground)' is available for convenient node-to-ground measurement.
