+ve, -ve and 0 Sequence Impedances
The output file formats vary for the Interface to Harmonic Impedance Solution component, depending on the set input parameters and how many phases the component is connected to. Some of the possible output file formats are explained in the following sections.
If the Output Impedance Type input parameter is set to +ve, -ve and 0 Sequence Impedances, then output file will be in simple columnar format with the columns labelled as follows from left to right:
Column 1
|
Column 2 |
Column 3 |
Column 4 |
Column 5 |
Column 6 |
Column 7 |
Frequency |
Zero Sequence Impedance Magnitude |
Zero Sequence Impedance Phase |
Positive Sequence Impedance Magnitude |
Positive Sequence Impedance Phase |
Negative Sequence Impedance Magnitude |
Negative Sequence Impedance Phase |
The units for the magnitude and phase values are determined by the Impedance Output Units input parameter. The frequency units are determined by the Frequency Output Units input parameter.
If the Output Impedance Type input parameter is set to Phase Impedances, then output file will be in the following format:
Column 1

Column 2 |
Column 3 |
Column 4 |
Column 5 |
Column 6 |
Column 7 |

The units for the magnitude and phase values are determined by the Impedance Output Units input parameter. The frequency units are determined by the Frequency Output Units input parameter.
NOTE: As this matrix is symmetrical, the upper part is not shown. For systems with more than three phases, this impedance matrix will expand accordingly.
