Select the Project
Left-Click the File Tab
Click Unload
Click the File tab in the ribbon control bar, click the Unload menu item, and then select the Open icon.

You may also unload a project by either right-clicking on the project in the workspace pane and selecting Unload from the pop-up menu, or by selecting the project in the workspace window and pressing Ctrl + u on your keyboard.
