For Application Options, click on the File tab in the ribbon and then press the corresponding button (Options).
The user-controlled options available are divided into different areas, depending on functionality:
Application Options: Affect all parts of the PSCAD environment, including all workspaces and projects.

Licensing Options: All options that affect product licensing specifically.
