If No is selected and the case is started from a snapshot, the random wait time generated by this component will be the same — in other words, repeatable. If Yes is selected and the case is started from a snapshot, the random wait time generated will be different for each execution (i.e. non-repeatable). If the case is started normally (i.e. from the datafile), the random wait time will be different for each execution (i.e. non-repeatable).
