This component is used to make an external electrical connection to an electrical system, from within a Module.
The Signal Name specified by this component must match with an electrical Connection, defined in the definition for the particular Module. Unlike the standard Node Label component, the External Electrical Node does not create a local name for the node. Hence an Xnode and an ordinary node label can co-exist on an electrical wire without causing a name conflict.
