2nd Order Complex Pole with Gain

Description

This component can be one of nine types of 2nd order filter:

  1. Low Pass

  2. Mid Pass

  3. High Pass

  4. High Reject

  5. Mid Reject

  6. Low Reject

  7. High Reject

  8. Mid Reject

  9. Low Reject

Frequencies below the characteristic frequency are referred to as low frequencies; those near the characteristic frequency are referred to as mid-frequencies; those above are referred to as high.

Function types 7,8 and 9 are similar to 4, 5 and 6, with the exception of a 180° phase-shift for the upper half of the passed frequencies.  The type of filter is determined by the input parameter Function Code, which lies in the range of 1 to 9.
