Renumbering a License (Same License, New License Number)
The attached document contains instructions for renumbering your license.
A PSCAD lock-based license is typically renumbered for the following reasons:
- A PSCAD “V4” Professional edition license (for use with v4.2):
-Is updated to "X4" (for use with v4.3 to v4.6), or
-Is updated to "V5" (for use with X4 (v4.3 to v4.6), and with V5) - A PSCAD “X4” Professional edition license (for use with v4.3 to v4.6) is updated to “V5” (for use with V5).
- A PSCAD license is somehow downgraded (products are downgraded or removed).
